Kim helped my family buy one house and sell another, and both experiences were fantastic. She is super responsive, available night and day, knowledgeable, and patient. She did everything in her power to make both the buying and selling process as easy on us as possible, and her assistance in getting our house ready to sell was way beyond anything I would have expected or have experienced with previous agents. She gave us great advice after a storm damaged the house and even pointed us to a really great contractor to get it patched up and ready to sell.
